Our Physicians

MacKenzie B. Austgen, MD, FACOG

Dr. MacKenzie Austgen is a native of South Bend, Indiana and could not be more thrilled to finally return to the area to join MOG! She graduated from Indiana University with degrees in biology and business before going to medical school at IU to pursue her MD. She then completed her residency training at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. In her spare time you may find her cheering on the Hoosiers (old RedStepper habits die hard!), on the tennis court, boating on the lake, or traveling. Her time abroad in Spain both inspired her love for different cultures and improved her Spanish! Her special interests include high risk obstetrics, reproductive health, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery especially DaVinci robotics.

Dr. Austgen joined Michiana Obstetrics and Gynecology in July 2020.
